Your Account Journey

  1. 01

    Purchase Account

Choose and purchase your account and start the evaluation.

    All Accounts →
  2. 02

    Complete the Evaluation

Reach the applicable Profit Target on your closed balance while meeting the Consistency Rule, the risk limits, activity requirement, and all other applicable rules.
Reaching the Profit Target alone does not complete the evaluation.

  3. 03

    Get Verified

Complete identity verification and the required account checks before receiving your Reward Account.

  4. 04

    Trade on Your Reward Account

Start trading on your Reward Account and generate profit while following all applicable rules. Rewards are based on eligible profit generated at this stage.

  5. 05

    Request Your Reward

Once your Reward Account is in profit and all reward requirements are met, close your open positions and submit a reward request in your dashboard. For subsequent rewards, wait 7 days after your last successfully processed reward.

  6. 06

    Receive Your Reward

After approval, receive your reward through an available payment method. Your Performance Reward Percentage depends on your plan. SabioTrade supports SWIFT bank transfers and crypto payments.

  7. 07

    Keep The Balance

Continue following all account rules. After your first reward is processed, your equity must not fall below the Sim Balance.

How Each Rule Is Calculated

Daily Loss Limit

Your Daily Loss Limit is 5% for a Single Account and 4% for an Intraday Account. It is based on your previous day's closed balance, calculated at 00:00 UTC. Results from open positions are not included in that closed balance.

Daily Loss Limit Formula: Single Account

Daily Loss Limit = Previous Day Closed Balance - (Previous Day Closed Balance x 5%)

Daily Loss Limit Formula: Intraday Account

Daily Loss Limit = Previous Day Closed Balance - (Previous Day Closed Balance x 4%)

Example with a $20,000 Single Account:

5% of $20,000 = $1,000

If your previous day's closed balance is $20,000, your Daily Loss Limit is $19,000. This means your equity must not fall below $19,000.

The rule is checked against your current equity, so open positions count.

Common mistake

Trading too close to the official limit and forgetting that open positions can change your equity.

Maximum Trailing Drawdown

The Maximum Trailing Drawdown is 6% for a Single Account and 5% for an Intraday Account. When your closed balance reaches a new high, your drawdown level moves up with it. Your equity must not fall below that level.

Maximum Trailing Drawdown Formula: Single Account

Maximum Trailing Drawdown =
Highwater Mark − (0.06 × Sim Balance)

Maximum Trailing Drawdown Formula: Intraday Account

Maximum Trailing Drawdown =
Highwater Mark − (0.05 × Sim Balance)

Example with a $50,000 account:

If your peak closed balance reaches $53,000, the 6% trailing level would be: $53,000 − ($50,000 × 0.06) = $50,000.

This is the Maximum Trailing Drawdown in this case. It means equity cannot fall below $50,000.

Your account will be breached if equity falls below the applicable drawdown level, even if you have not reached the Daily Loss Limit.

Common mistake

Looking only at the original account balance and forgetting that a trailing limit can move after a new high is reached.

Consistency Rule

Your profit from a single trading day must not exceed 55% of your Profit Target. To help you stay within this limit, we use a Daily Profit Threshold. If you make more than this amount in one day, your Profit Target increases.

Recommended Daily Profit Threshold Formula

Daily Profit Threshold = Profit Target × 55%

Example with a $100,000 account:

Profit Target: 10% = $10,000. Recommended Daily Profit Threshold: $5,500 (55% of $10,000).

If you make more, like $6,850 in one day, the system recalculates your Profit Target: New required Profit Target = $6,850 ÷ 0.55 = $12,454.55

This means you now need to reach $12,454.55 in total to pass the evaluation instead of the original $10,000.

Common mistake

Reaching the Profit Target in one large trading session and assuming the evaluation is automatically passed. That is not the case: the Profit Target is increased.

After Your First Reward

The first reward changes one important part of your account conditions. Keep managing risk after receiving a reward instead of treating it as a new risk budget.

  • $20,000 starting balance
  • $1,500 rewarded
  • $20,000 equity floor

Example: you start with a $20,000 account and receive a $1,500 reward. After that, your equity must not fall below the $20,000 initial balance.

Common mistake

Increasing position sizes immediately after receiving a reward.

Your Daily Loss Limit after a Performance Reward

When a Performance Reward is approved, your Daily Loss Limit is adjusted immediately, even if the Trading Day has not finished. The reward amount is deducted from it, so the reward is not treated as a trading loss and you keep your full Daily Loss Limit percentage (5% for Single Accounts, 4% for Intraday Accounts).

Formula: Single Account

Daily Loss Limit after a Performance Reward = Previous Day Closed Balance − Performance Reward amount − (Previous Day Closed Balance × 5%)

Formula: Intraday Account

Daily Loss Limit after a Performance Reward = Previous Day Closed Balance − Performance Reward amount − (Previous Day Closed Balance × 4%)

Example (Single Account)

Previous day's closed balance: $735,000
Daily Loss Limit at 5%: $36,750
Approved Performance Reward: $20,000

$735,000 − $20,000 − $36,750 = $678,250

Your adjusted Daily Loss Limit is $678,250. The $20,000 Performance Reward does not count toward your Daily Loss Limit percentage.

At the start of the next Trading Day (00:00 UTC), the Daily Loss Limit is calculated as usual from your new closed balance.

Violations

What Happens If You Break a Rule?

The consequence depends on the rule you break and your account stage.

  • Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Trailing Drawdown: the account is breached.
  • Inactivity (30 days without opening a new trade): the account is breached.
  • Consistency Rule: your Profit Target is increased. You then need to reach the new target on the following days while keeping your daily profit within 55% of it.
